This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information, including personal data, regarding you, that GLOBUS-IT Limited Trade Development (hereinafter also referred to as "We", "Our", "Us", etc.) and other related parties may receive during your use of the Website https://globus-ltd.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
Personal data means information that allows to directly or indirectly identify a specific individual.
The Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated 27.07.2006 № 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
1. Persons processing information
Information gathered by filling out forms on the Website is processed by GLOBUS-IT Limited Trade Development (603024, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazanskaya Naberezhnaya, 5, Office P24, Primary State Registration Number 1135260012337).
Since most of the feedback forms on our Website are aimed at providing you with an opportunity to cooperate with us, your personal data may be (depending on your request) transferred to affiliated persons of our company:
- GLOBUS-INTEGRATION LLC (Primary State Registration Number 1215200036688) for the purpose of assisting you in finding employment for vacancies of interest in our subsidiary, or for directing the sales offers for servers;
- CEREBRO LLC (Primary State Registration Number 1195275034624) for the purpose of assisting you in finding employment for vacancies of interest;
- ANO "IT Expertise Development Center" (Primary State Registration Number 1225200029790) for the purpose of offering you educational or expert services.
You hereby consent to the transfer of your personal data to the organizations specified above.
2. Why you need to read the Policy
The Policy will help you understand what actions we perform with your personal data (collection, processing and protection), and what goals we pursue in performing these actions.
The Policy contains a detailed list of specific types of your personal data that we collect, process and protect when you use the Website.

5. What other personal data can we process
We also process personal data provided by you by uploading files in feedback forms (for example, when uploading a resume or commercial offers). However, we cannot ask for your consent to process such data, as we are not aware in advance of the potentially sensitive nature of the information that you may provide voluntarily.
6. What actions do we take with your personal data
With your consent to the processing of personal data, we carry out its:

- systematization,
- accumulation,
- storage,
- clarification (updating, changing),
- usage,
- transfer to third parties,
- deletion,
- destruction.
7. Processing period and procedure for destruction of your personal data
Your personal data is processed by us until you withdraw your consent to its processing or until the purpose of their processing is achieved, or for a longer period, if this is required to comply with legal requirements and regulations. Your personal data is destroyed by deleting it from our database in full at your request or after the processing period has expired.
8. How we protect your data
As a general rule, information is processed automatically and our employees do not have access to it. If access becomes necessary, it is provided only to employees who need it to perform their job duties. In order to protect and ensure the confidentiality of data, all employees are required to follow internal rules and procedures for data processing, as well as to comply with security measures, both technical and organizational, aimed at protecting your personal information. Such measures are established by internal documents of the organization. We have provided technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized, accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, unfair use, disclosure or access, as well as from any other forms of illegal processing.

We perform the activities specified in paragraph 6 of the Policy using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

You also have other rights spesified by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ. You can contact us via communication channels, and we will explain to you the procedure for exercising such rights. You exercise all rights by contacting us via communication channels. If you are not satisfied with the ways of processing your data, please let us know, and we will consider your claim.

We reserve the right not to respond to your messages if they do not contain your last name, first name and contact information for feedback. The response period for your message is 15 working days from the date of its receipt.
12. Changes to the Policy
We have the right to make changes to the Policy at our own volition, including cases when the relevant changes are related to changes in legislation. You will be notified of such changes on the Website.
